Job Summary

We are seeking an experience CNC Machinist who has the ability to work from a part drawing to produce a quality finished product.

Responsibilities

  • Operate conventional milling and turning machine tools
  • Set up and run production on CNC machines while managing tool conditions
  • Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring
  • Adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment when needed
  • Document inspection results in SPC data collection workbook
  • Maintain cleanliness (5S) of work area daily

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical Certification or Apprenticeship preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in manual machining and methodizing
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to perform varied and complex tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
