Job Summary
We are seeking an experience CNC Machinist who has the ability to work from a part drawing to produce a quality finished product.
Responsibilities
- Operate conventional milling and turning machine tools
- Set up and run production on CNC machines while managing tool conditions
- Follow and develop standard work for setup, inspection, and deburring
- Adapt new procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment when needed
- Document inspection results in SPC data collection workbook
- Maintain cleanliness (5S) of work area daily
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Technical Certification or Apprenticeship preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in manual machining and methodizing
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to perform varied and complex tasks
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
