The Associate Director of Career Development oversees comprehensive career support by spearheading the creation and execution of comprehensive career development programs tailored to MBA and MS students, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to establish pathways for student engagement, including customized coaching, workshops, and other professional development events. This role oversees the career advising staff, manages supplementary student support initiatives, and contributes to special projects aimed at enhancing student success and supporting the department's mission within the university community.
Oversees academic and student development components for the department by executing initiatives, managing training programs, directing special projects, and counseling students.
Use of computer essential; ability to communicate orally and in written communications.
Position is primarily sedentary, but may involve traveling on campus to attend meetings/events. May require long periods of standing for registrations or events.
