Job Description

As a digital manager at Ceremony of Roses you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the online sales strategies and operations of the company's eCommerce Shopify platforms. You will play a crucial role in driving online revenue, enhancing the customer shopping experience, and optimizing the overall performance of the Shopify eCommerce platforms. The eCommerce Manager collaborates with various internal teams, including accounts, tour, licensing & retail and label partners to ensure the success and growth of the online business.

This role is based in LA. In this role you will report directly to the Director of Global Digital Sales.

What you'll do:
  • Product and Collection Management: Product catalog management, including product uploading, categorization, pricing, and inventory management. This may involve importing products in bulk, setting up variants, and configuring product options.
  • Oversee Ceremony of Roses online platforms. Ensure an optimal user experience, including site navigation, product presentation, checkout process, and customer service. Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce platforms and technologies.
  • Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting: Providing to the account and digital teams troubleshooting issues and any Shopify-related problems that may arise.
  • Utilize web analytics tools and platforms to track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
Who you are:
  • Is a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Organization and ability to maintain a calendar.
  • Comfortable meeting deadlines and managing expectations.
  • Experience in an apparel production environment, including an ability to effectively communicate with various departments internally and externally while managing processes.
  • Familiarity with D2C strategies, strong experience of the Shopify platform.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Creative Suite, Outlook, TEAMS
  • Proven experience in a role that required strict confidentiality, outstanding organizational skills, and ability to maintain composure and effectiveness in stressful situations.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
California Pay Range
$70,000-$85,000 USD
