Job Summary:
The McClure Company is searching for a Preventative Maintenance (PM Contract) Project Manager in Harrisburg, PA. This individual will oversee our PM Contract base for our Building Services Division to ensure customers' expectations are met or exceeded along with our own profitability goals. This includes meeting all contractual obligations, schedule & other commitments, while promoting a safe work culture.
Essential Functions:
Provide total coordination and oversight of all PM contract management activities
Assists in the scheduling of work with Dispatch and Harrisburg Service Manager
Coordinates with operations team on recommendations for addition/reduction of work force based on seasonal & workload needs
Attend regular meetings with the Building Services operations and sales teams for contract turnover to assess progress from start to completion
Exercise turnover and preplanning activities per Company procedures
Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with our corporate safety program
Work in daily coordination with our Service Accounting team from turnover to system entry and customer A/R follow up if necessary
Provide accurate cost reporting and forecasting PM Contract project status on a monthly and quarterly basis
Demonstrate good leadership and communications to all
Provide quality customer service and follow-up to customers as needed
Interface with customers at all levels and coordinate the status of upcoming PM contracts
Coordinate ordering & delivery of PM materials (air filters, belts, etc.) upon receipt of turnover information from Sales
Coordinate PM close-out documentation effort from service technicians to client as well as a client including customer-satisfaction communication
1-3 years of experience with Maintenance Agreements/Contracts, including cost analysis
Prior experience in either HVAC &/or Commercial/Industrial Service Industries required
Strong knowledge or background in the HVAC industry a plus
Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing with various departments of the company, as well as clients and subcontractors
Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving ability
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
Energetic with a high sense of urgency
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Project).
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Position is full-time Monday - Friday
