In this position, you will perform semi-skilled and skilled work in several trades such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry, and the electrical trades, both indoors and outdoors, to keep the buildings and grounds safe for residents and staff. You will repair doors, doorframes, and furniture; paint indoor and outdoor surfaces; install electrical circuits and fixtures; repair and install plumbing fixtures; maintain and repair heating and cooling systems; repair roofs, spouting and flashing; maintain the lawn and remove snow; and perform masonry work on buildings, foundations, walkways and walls. You will also maintain equipment and tools in good working condition and make minor repairs as needed.
