The main duty of this role is to oversee a team of driver license examiners and staff at a driver license center. This includes tasks such as creating work schedules, conducting performance evaluations, approving leave requests, reviewing grievances, and making recommendations. The responsibilities also involve supervising the administration of both non commercial and commercial driver license (CDL) knowledge and skills testing, including pre-trip and driving tests. Additionally, the position involves overseeing the examination of various motor vehicles for inspection stickers, lights, windshield wipers, and other mechanical components.
