In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out moderately complex clerical tasks following established procedures or overseeing routine clerical tasks as a lead worker. Your responsibilities will include supporting office or program operations by reviewing and processing data, forms, and documents, as well as entering data into computer systems.
Additional tasks may involve creating and formatting documents, organizing information, performing calculations, managing files, assisting the public with government forms, and providing general clerical support to colleagues or office operations. You will complete daily tasks independently and receive detailed guidance and feedback for new or unusual situations, as well as changes in office procedures and policies.
