A front line position in the Office of the Registrar responsible for providing various services to faculty, students, administration, staff, alumni, parents, and external agencies. Responsibilities include student enrollment and class scheduling; transcripts and academic records; creation of documents and brochures pertaining to the office functions; completion of enrollment verifications to external agencies such as, Veterans Administration, NCAA, lenders and health insurance providers. This position is responsible for providing administrative support in data mining and report generation to track enrollment numbers and other information needed to develop managerial reports.
Prepares, processes, and provides information regarding student academic records, course lists, and curriculum changes.
Must be able to assist students in a wide variety of situations and work in a timely manner.
Minimal physical effort is required. Mostly sedentary.
