Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Archbald, PA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • A hardware representative type role, predominately focused on working on the shop floor.
  • The ideal candidates will be responsible for releasing work orders and prioritizing and expediting work through the shop, which will need a lot of coordination and communication with multiple functions.
  • Sorts, posts, and files such paperwork as inventory records, production schedules, and other production control data.
  • Keeps records of several units shipped and several jobs in production.
  • Statuses and expedites work orders through a manufacturing facility.
  • Prepare shop orders indicating such factors as style, size, quantity, and priority.
  • Review stock records, consumption figures, and detailed schedules to determine stock status against program requirements.
  • Prepare input forms for automated data processing system and may operate personal computer equipment.
  • Performs other clerical tasks relating to duties.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $19.42 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week (1st shift)

Length: Contract (12 Months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in SAP software

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Understanding client flow within work centers on the shop floor and production.
  • Attention to detail and organization
