We are open to either a Director OR Manager of Supply Chain Planning who possesses a combination of strategic thinking and proven operational expertise. Who You Are:

  • A seasoned leader with substantial experience in supply chain management, particularly in Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (S&OP).

  • A problem-solver with a keen analytical mindset who can foresee potential challenges and spearhead effective solutions.
  • Highly skilled in team development and capable of nurturing talent while steering your team towards exceeding performance metrics.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the strategic direction of the supply chain planning function, ensuring it aligns with the company's overall business objectives. Lead the planning, execution, and improvement of all facets of S&OP processes.
  • Direct a team of supply chain professionals, including S&OP Analyst and Demand Planner. Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and providing ongoing leadership and support to your team.
  • Manage the monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared, action items are clearly defined and followed up on, and outcomes are documented and communicated.
  • Work closely with peers in sales, operations, and finance to integrate planning processes and resolve supply-demand imbalances promptly. Be a key player in cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and improve customer service.
  • Continuously assess and refine S&OP strategies and processes to drive better outcomes in customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and profitability. Implement innovative tools and practices to maintain state-of-the-art operations.
  • Engage senior stakeholders in regular updates and strategic discussions, ensuring transparency and alignment across the business. Represent the supply chain team in executive meetings and contribute to broader business strategy discussions.
