YOUR MISSION

POSITION OVERVIEW

This person will serve as a critical member of the GTM team, supporting the wholesale team (and the retail team in certain instances) by providing tools required to initiate a successful go to market process, from sell-in to digital partner support. They will manage the planning and delivery of seasonal sample sets, B2B system and digital back-end support needs for retailers.

YOUR MISSION (Responsibilities)

  • Partner with the factories and warehouse to drive the sample management process seasonally for all sales sample sets as well as for photo studio and digital backend needs.
  • Partner with merchandising, global BU's and the showroom team to drive and manage the sample process for our Somerville Showroom
  • Partner with merchandise planning and merchandising to help drive line arch efficiencies that impact sales operations tools (i.e., Samples, photography, and product attributes)
  • Manage the sample budget and approvals for any in season sales rep sample needs.
  • Responsible for management of retailer required imagery inclusive of SMU's and NRP's and any retailer specific needs; ensure that standards are aligned with global efforts.
  • Partner with 3rd party company and retail team to plan and produce regional on-model assets as required by digital partners.
  • V2C Support: Support sales team with retailer product template creation as well as product imagery requirements.
  • Partner with global and the RCC to provide complete of catalog of required product attributes (Inclusive of features and benefits) to our digital partners.

YOUR TALENT (Qualifications)

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in merchandising operations, sales / sample operations or retail operations

  • Proactive and assertive in follow-through with colleagues and business partners, including a high degree of self-direction.

  • The ability to apply experience and knowledge to provide creative solutions to problems.

  • The ability to collaborate and influence others.

  • Passion for operational improvements, process efficiencies.

  • Strong organization skills.

  • Detail and deadline oriented.

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Ability to travel to our sample warehouse in Westford to help facilitate seasonal sample receipts and shipping.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
