TTI, Inc. is looking for a Strategic Quote Development Specialist at our Corporate office in Northwest Fort Worth, TX.

The Strategic Quote Development Specialist is accountable for providing resource knowledge and professional expertise in the coordination, facilitation and preparation of Strategic Account quotations and proposals on a global level.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in achieving the most competitive quotation position possible by coordinating quotations for strategic accounts with NDC branches, TTI Europe and TTI Asia Product Teams, corporate product marketing, strategic account managers and manufacturers.
  • Responsible for preparation and completion of the most comprehensive and competitive quotation by cross functioning and communicating with the branch, product marketing and Strategic Account Managers.
  • Develops relationships with manufacturers which will result in knowledge of competitive intelligence and "most favored" competitive positioning.
  • Responsible for achievement of incremental profitability through additional negotiation of manufacturers ship & debits after award of contract. Ensures Strategic Account Managers have the most current price and delivery information such as competitive intelligence, market trends, manufacturers cost adjustments, along with any other information that would be of benefit to the overall knowledge of the business.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree from a four-year University with 2+ years' experience in corporate product marketing, branch product marketing and/or sales preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. High School Diploma/GED required.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of TTI Procurement and Ship and Debit System.
  • Knowledge of TTI Products and Services.
  • Advance knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer) required.
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
