As a Clerical Assistant 2, you will perform a wide range of clerical and administrative support to the staff and management of the Bureau of Technical Utility Services. You will engage in a variety of tasks while following office procedures, using Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and InfoMAP, as well as interact in a courteous and professional manner in-person and via telephone and e-mail.
In this role, you will utilize your interpersonal strengths and computer skills to perform various office functions including meeting organization, travel expense submission, document and correspondence creation, data entry, scanning, answering incoming calls, and responding to e-mail and voice mail messages. The responsibilities of this position are carried out under the supervision of the Administrative Officer.
