As an Advanced Practitioner in Non-Invasive Cardiology you would perform under the supervision of the cardiologists in the electrophysiology and cardiac catheterization labs, diagnostic and therapeutic tasks to allow the physician to extend their services through the more effective use of their knowledge in the sphere of decision making required to establish diagnosis and to plan therapy. As an advanced practitioner this role involves independent judgement and decision making as well as consultation and collaboration with other members of the health care team.

Position: APP- Invasive Cardiology
Shift: Day shift / 3 12 hour shifts / occasional remote Saturday call /No holidays

Experience:
1. Two (2) years' experience in cardiology
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently in an interdisciplinary environment.

Education:
1. Master of Science required
2. Graduate of an accredited physician assistant/nurse practitioner surgical assistant program.

Licensures/Certifications:
Licensures & Certifications:
1. Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure
2. Certification by the NCCPA (National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
3. BLS/ACLS required
4. Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff Office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
