In this position, you will be assisting with the overall training goals, plans, and requirements for the Ebensburg Center. As a member of the management team, you will be responsible for the development and evaluation of various training courses for the staff. This will include general orientation, refresher training, and new training. An additional duty will be creating databases to track the training activities and needs of the center. Being a management staff member will also include attending meetings and conferences as well as participating in assorted committees.
