Salary: $83,500 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the creative design, layout, and coding of all our customer-facing websites.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Design visually appealing webpages that are user-friendly, responsive, and aligned with company objectives

*Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes to present creative design concepts and gather feedback

*Translate design concepts into high quality digital assets using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Figma

*Meet with internal/external clients to establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience

*Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines throughout all web assets

*Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliver innovative solutions

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, and the Consumer Call Center to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional results

*Manage multiple projects at the same time and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity

*Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs and user experience

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, friendly, professional, and honest

PREFERRED SKILLS

*Strong working knowledge of web applications and server management preferred

*Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Desktop Publishing Software, Figma, or similar software preferred

*Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices in creative design preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 3 years of experience in web design using Adobe Creative Suite Collection

*At least 3 years of experience in web programming languages such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS and Bootstrap HTML

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of web development and applications management experience preferred

REQUIRED EDUCATION

*Associate's Degree in Information Technology, or related field, OR High School Diploma or GED with at least 6 years of the required experience

PREFERRED EDUCATION

*Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
