Job Description: As a Sales Counselor at Simpson @ Jenner's Pond, you will play a crucial role in helping seniors and their families navigate the journey of transitioning to a senior living community. You will be responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, understanding their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours of our senior living community and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our various living options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective residents and their families through personalized interactions, including follow-up calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Listen attentively to the needs and concerns of prospective residents and their families, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase occupancy.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events, seminars, and outreach programs to promote Simpson @ Jenner's Pond and engage with the local community.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospective residents, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position Simpson @ Jenner's Pond in the marketplace.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience in a senior living community, real estate, or related industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to empathize with seniors and their families and provide compassionate guidance and support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
