InterMetro Industries Corporation is seeking a Corporate Finance Analytics Manager for our Corporate HQ located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The Corporate Finance Analytics Manager will possess a strong software mindset and passion for data generation. This position will require a heavy use of Power BI or similar software tools. This role will provide financial support and analysis to executive leadership to enable them to better understand, monitor, and manage the business on an ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong IT/Finance education and or experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Maximize use of latest software tools to provide leading edge business intelligence to all levels of the organization.
  2. Provides sales and margin analysis, including but not limited to reporting of performance to sales quotas, key products sales, margin analysis by market, and profitability by market.
  3. Trains, develops, and leads the team of finance and sales administration employees in the use of the latest software tools.
  4. Works closely with the IT department to ensure proper controls around development and implementation of software.
  5. Provides details and support and works with sales and marketing for yearly price increases.
  6. Prepare and analyze corporate financial reporting. Ensure processes are in place for future improvement and goals for margin improvement are met.
  7. Leader in developing performance excellence results for the Finance department including tools for Executive Leadership working with financial information.
  8. Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
  • A combination of education and work experience in a similar capacity will be considered.
  • CPA or MBA is a plus.
