Position: Registered Nurse RN - Care Coordination
Shift: PRN - weekend and weekday availability strongly preferred

Experience:
3 years of recent clinical experience is required; Leadership experience is preferred.

Education:
Associates Degree RN or Bachelor's degree in clinical discipline; Master's Degree in a clinical discipline preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
Active PA RN license required
