Position Title:Manager of Mortgage Sales and Operations Development

Business Unit:Mortgage Administration

Reports to:National Mortgage Banking Manager

Position Overview:

The incumbent is tasked with strategic planning, offering instructional support and materials, identifying and coordinating training needs. Ensuring that Mortgage sales and operations employees have the necessary messaging and tools to execute identified strategies and tactics. Specific areas of focus are relationship banking team and sales development team oversight, new hire and ongoing training development and delivery, and project management. This includes the creation, utilization and maintenance of sales enablement tools, as well as support resources and software to promote productivity and efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides direction for the Mortgage Sales Development Specialists. Assists in developing and delivering learning plans, new hire training, ongoing skill development and knowledge enhancement initiatives, communication and recognition initiatives, job aides and resource materials, and any related items for the sales and operations teams.

Directs the Relationship Banking platform. Oversees all strategic planning, growth initiatives, and performance metrics related to expanding both new and existing mortgage households. Aligns team goals with overall organizational objectives and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

Facilitates the development, upkeep, and utilization of essential resources such as SharePoint materials, training curriculum and scheduling, CRM campaigns and materials, marketing initiatives in alignment with organizational and departmental strategic objectives. Assess technology and software needs, collaborating with IT to implement solutions that improve workflow and productivity.

Effectively manages priority projects through effective communication and planning. Tracks and monitors progress to key deadlines, conducts regular update meetings, and adeptly leads team discussions to promote focus, organization and efficiency.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
