Job Description

As a member of the Customer Service Center Processing Support Team, ensure efficient and timely processing of all work assignments into applicable business systems with adherence to established procedures to assist in the attainment of service level goals throughout the Customer Service Center (CSC).

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist in the research and identification process of returned unnumbered mail, assist with internal and external mail distribution.
  • Process expense bills, work in various team related email boxes & claim center queues.
  • Attain a level of performance of at least 100% to productivity standard with 98.5% or better accuracy result
  • Research and resolve inquiries as assigned by Supervisor or Technical Assistant, within 24 hours of receipt
  • Work on special projects and provide training as requested
  • Perform a variety of support functions as assigned by Supervisor
  • Demonstrate commitment to Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and apply knowledge of compliance policies and procedures, standards and laws applicable to job responsibilities in the performance of work.

  • Working knowledge of NC, CPS, and Imaging systems helpful
  • Attention to detail and quality awareness
  • Data Entry skills test result of at least 40 WPM
