As aGlobal Data Conversion Specialist - Vendors,you will provide expertise and coordinate/manage the project data conversion to ensure all data conversion activities are executed on quality, on time and in full according to the key milestones of the project plan. Your primary focus will be (but not limited) the Vendor domain and you will be collaborating across all functional areas to ensure that end to end processes are validated.
You will support a multi-year project and take your experience to the next level in participating to our biggest transformation project ever and assist others in delivering high quality standards in terms of data management and conversion.
You will report to the Global Data Readiness Lead, SAP S/4 Transformation.

Responsibilities:
Develop a complete understanding of the data model for the relevant domain and how it affects end to end processes across all functional areas.
Ensure all data conversion activities are listed, communicated, processed according to plan. Report progress to Project Management Office.
Support S/4 implementation team in developing, validating, and implementing business specific use cases and test scripts such as UAT and Integration Testing related to the Vendor domain.
Understand SAP S/4 system capabilities for its specific process area.
Lead and coordinate data defect management, support testing by prioritizing issue resolution.
Data conversion coordination across multiple SBUs/regions/locations
Qualifications:
BA/BS in business, logistics, supply chain, engineering, computer science, information technology, or similar.
5+ years of validated experience with exposure in data management with a focus on SAP.
Previous implementation/migration experience, with a focus on SAP preferred
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence and talk to senior stakeholders.
Limited to travel to PPG locations depending on project status.
