CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Validation Specialist to join our Infrastructure - Power & Manufacturing/Asset Management Team at our office in Lansdale, PA.

Here at CHA, the Sr. Validation Specialist serves as the main point of contact for a variety of validation efforts. The professional in this role meets with the client(s) to review and discuss project deliverables as well as to review and understand equipment operation and/or facilities processes. The specialist in this role drafts and executes Factory (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and drafts User Requirements Specification documents as needed.

Moreover, the Sr. Validation Specialist drafts and executes installations, Operational and Performance Qualification documentations, and ensures the Quality, Engineering, and Operations procedures are in line with client expectations. Occasional travel to client or vendor sites for testing may be required (~10% of the time).

REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's Degree in a Science related field preferred although experience will be considered
  • Minimum 5 years' experience preferred in the validation field with life sciences equipment, processes, and facilities
  • Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency in this field
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage their project and deliverables within the allotted project time
  • Ability to work with team members and others on specific required deliverables
  • Ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of previous projects and equipment where validation was performed
  • GAMP 5 Knowledge and Experience preferred
