Hourly Wage: $17.20 DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

Perform various tasks, such as the movement of product and fabricated parts at floor stations, to assist in the overall goal of meeting or exceeding departmental goals

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Perform tasks pertaining to the Production Start Station, including but not limited to un-boxing parts and components and assisting with the Production Line in daily operations

*Perform tasks at the Packing Line, including but not limited to preparing accessories, and wrapping, packaging and preparing products for shipment

*Handle removal of all recyclables and trash to designated receptacles

*Assist with receiving incoming product and delivery of parts to workstations

*Use hand and standard power tools to assemble fabricated parts based on product-specific work instructions as needed

*Read and follow electronic work instructions and Food & Drug Administration (FDA) guidelines and be aware of and adhere to all Quality requirements in the build process

*Identify and bring to the attention of a member of management any parts defects or documentation errors (i.e. Bills of Material, Quality documents, Work Instructions)

*Adhere to the calibration schedule for all tools used at your assigned workstations

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Attend the Annual C-TPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary

REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Read and comprehend work instructions

*Push/Pull/Lift 40 lbs.

*Stand/walk/bend entire workday

*Work extended hours, including weekends, as business needs dictate

Must have:

*Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

*A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

*Basic mathematical skills

*Flexibility in changing of work plans

*Good verbal and written communication skills

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*No experience required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of experience using hand tools for assembly or repair preferred

*At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred

PREFERRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED preferred

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
