Job Title: Head Start Teacher
Position Summary:
The Head Start Teacher is responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising all classroom activities. The teacher makes social service referrals and shares responsibility for parent involvement in the program. The teacher works with other team members to support the goals of the program.

1. Current Act 114, Act 34, Act 151 and NSOR required prior to an offer (Must be dated within 1 year of hire date).
2. School Personnel Health Record (Form H511.340) must be completed and received by Human Resources prior to hire date.

Position Schedule: This is a full-time, 200-day calendar position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. Hours of work are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Hours are dependent on the needs of the districts. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Salary: Annual salary 200 work days $36,296.00 ($22.69 per hour)
