The Department of Conservation and Natural Resources is seeking an experienced engineering professional to serve as a Senior Civil Engineer (General) in the Bureau of Facility Design and Construction, Eastern Engineering Office. In this role, you will perform construction management activities and independently prepare and review advanced and complex designs for civil and structural engineering construction, renovation, or rehabilitation projects such as bridges, buildings, roads, dams, marinas, retaining walls, storage tanks, water and wastewater treatment plants, pools, campgrounds, bike trails and similar facilities of various complexity.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 5 days in a 2 week pay period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Perkasie.

- REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:- Six years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists; or
- Five years of civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty; and an Engineer-in-Training certificate issued by or acceptable to the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists; and an associate degree in civil engineering technology or a closely related engineering discipline; or
- Two years of professional civil engineering experience in the appropriate specialty, and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
Special Requirement:- This position requires possession of a valid Class C Driver's License.
