The Assistant District Attorney performs professional legal work, prosecuting criminal and/or juvenile cases on behalf of the Commonwealth. Applicants must have completed a law degree program, have a Certificate of Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar, and possess a valid and current driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
