Qualifications:

  • Education: A high school diploma is a must.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with computer operations, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Warehouse Expertise: Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution policies.
  • Management Skills: Prior successful management experience, demonstrating strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and positively with colleagues across departments, adapting to changing demands.
  • Willingness to Learn: Eager to pursue ongoing education and expand your supervisory skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • This role involves both sitting and standing, and you should be able to handle lifting up to 100 pounds.
  • Be prepared for varied working conditions, ranging from extreme cold to high heat and humidity.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including overnight travel when necessary, is essential.
