Our U.S. Neurology team is looking for a talented, dynamic individual to join our epilepsy team in the Capital region as a Neurology Associate, to be based in or near Philadelphia, PA.

As a Neurology Associate, you will be responsible for promoting UCB's neurology products to specific health care providers throughout the assigned geography: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania including the surrounding suburbs and Southern New Jersey.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct sales calls with physicians and care providers throughout the territory to provide appropriate and compliant solutions for patient needs
  • Work closely with your UCB teammates to maximize UCB's impact within the region
  • Build relationships with health care professionals throughout your territory
  • Represent a highly respected company with an unparalleled legacy in epilepsy and neurology

You will contribute by:

  • Developing, executing and continuously refining a master business plan
  • Analyzing business and sales data to inform your strategic and tactical approach to maximizing growth within your territory
  • Collaborating with your colleagues to drive sales within shared accounts, and, where appropriate, serving as the primary business manager for specific offices and sales targets
  • Assisting patients and offices with access and affordability questions
  • Developing solid clinical knowledge of epilepsy and our products
  • Abiding by the highest ethical standards

Interested? For this position you'll need the following education, experience and skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharma sales experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales
  • Completion of a formal sales training program
  • Documented track record of success
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and teamworking skills
