What success looks like in this role:

We are looking for a Sr Human Resources Integration Manager to join our growing HR M&A / Transition team. As part of a global team, this role will be responsible for executing the team's project plan, processes, methodologies, playbooks and tools through the due diligence, integration and onboarding of acquired or exiting employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead HR M&A and/or transition activity, including diligence, leveling, policy alignment, offers, people integration strategy, and organizational change management approach, coordinating HR workstreams to ensure a successful due diligence and integration process.

  • Involvement in Due Diligence, providing feedback to the M&A team to ensure deals are being considered with the transformation in mind and that due diligence conclusions are appropriately addressed in integration planning

  • Engage with acquired business leaders to ensure an understanding of their company and employees, creating summaries of learnings for senior leadership.

  • Consult with the business and Corporate Development as the subject matter expert for People acquisition activities.

  • Analyze, identify and integrate/disposition employees from business acquisitions and/or awarded/ending client contracts.

  • Create, implement, and manage the HR Transition and Integration plan for acquired employees.

  • Execute detailed HR workstream integration and onboarding plans on-time & on-budget and regularly report progress

  • Assess risk and identify recommendations for potential mitigation activities

  • Identify, coordinate and engage resources and deliverables across HR and functional teams to facilitate and enable integration activities according to plan

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • University degree in a business , HR or finance field

  • Minimum of 6 years work experience in Human Resources with at least 3+ years of this in M&A integration/due diligence

  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, fast moving environment

  • Strong functional knowledge across finance, HR, technology, legal, compliance, marketing, sales operations, business operations

  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities

  • Flexible to different approaches to meet the deliverable requirements

  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, being a strong change agent

  • High attention to detail

  • Expert in MS suite of tools and project management tools/software packages

The preferred candidate will have:

  • Successful track record of problem solving, a "can-do" attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to liaise positively with all levels of management

  • Strong analytical mindset - ability to analyze and interpret data to draw accurate conclusions and recommendations

  • Strong project management skillset and experience- ability to lead the planning and execution of complex projects requiring coordination of work across multiple stakeholders, negotiation, consensus building and problem resolution, and consistent demonstration of process improvement

  • Understanding of all HR disciplines, including the HR business partner role, organizational development, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and operations

  • Ability to build and influence partnerships across a global, matrixed organization
