WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Participate in a hands-on 6 week training experience in our Outbound Department.
- Pick orders based on customer specifications.
- Review orders prior to packaging for accuracy and quality.
- Pack orders to ensure that it reaches our customer in excellent condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Thrive in a fast paced and coaching environment.
- You model safe behaviors and compassion for your peers.
- Dedicated to excellent attendance.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
WAREHOUSE TEAM LEAD
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse / distribution processes on all shifts (UPS, Freight, Returns, Receiving, Restock and Transfers).
- Cross train in all warehouse Team Lead functions on both shifts.
- Provide daily hands-on support for the department.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation preferred.
- Ability to frequently lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 50 lbs, and may weigh up to 70 lbs.
WAREHOUSE MANAGER TRAINEE
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES / MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Learn all aspects of distribution (UPS, freight, returns, receiving, restock and transfers) through our 2-year Rotational Program.
- Train and develop Warehouse Manager skills while leading and motivating others.
- Become certified on forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

- Day Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM
- Night Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6 AM
