In this position, you will communicate effectively with staff and customers, and provide office support as well as file research for the division. On a daily basis, you will process building plan submissions and maintain spreadsheets as well as mail log submissions for the division's examiners. You will receive and distribute all mail sent to the bureau; process incoming payments and enter information into a database; fulfill requests for duplicate occupancy permits; submit incoming building plans and drawings to be reviewed by the Plan Review Division; and assist the general public with questions concerning building plans, occupancy permits, and payment submission.
