Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Associate Degree.
- Minimum of 7 years experience using current strategic CAD tools such as SolidWorks.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Knowledge of material requirements, fabrication techniques, and manufacturability concepts.
- Knowledge of design principles and techniques, including computer-aided design (CAD).
- Knowledge of strategic CAD and file management tools.
- Knowledge of design documentation standards (ASME Y14.5M, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Knowledge of mechanical stress, structural, thermal, and tolerance analysis.
- Possesses problem-solving and collaborative skills.
- Demonstrates initiative and applies personal talent to practical solutions.
- Ability to weigh risks and make progress in the face of uncertainty.
- Willingly takes on problems and commits to solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
