ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

Graphic Production:

  • Set up templates and folders for graphic designers, including copy in the layout, appropriate sizing of assets, and approved folder structure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, marketing professionals, and others to bring creative visions to life while maintaining technical accuracy and consistency.
  • Once design is approved, work closely with marcom specialists to make edits and complete the project.
  • Prepare final production-ready files for print and digital use, considering color, resolution, and file formats
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent file naming conventions and folder structures.
  • Organize and maintain a systematic file structure for all design assets, ensuring easy accessibility and version control.

Project Management

  • Assessing Creative Brief to ensure all critical details are included for the success of the project.
  • Assigning Projects in Workfront to appropriate marketing team members.
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders including the marcom specialists and operations team to ensure projects are on track through day to day projects and weekly production meetings.
  • Keep projects on time and on task: including moving projects that are stuck, highlighting late or at risk projects.

Process Improvements

  • Lead the file management for the internal team and with freelancers to ensure clean archiving of files through Mac OS and Microsoft OneDrive.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and various production meetings to foster a positive creative impact on the business.
  • Monitor and manage usage of output of files and recommend improvements to increase quality, consistency, and efficiency of digital/print material including asset packages, ads, flyers, multi page, and signage.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field--will accept Associates Degree with 8 years related experience as production specialist and/or project manager
  • 6 years related experience as production specialist and/or project manager
  • Candidates should be able to share samples of digital and printed projects to demonstrate production design skills
  • Solid knowledge of graphic design programs including - Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
  • Excellent ability to output the right file for the end use including digital and print
  • Positive mindset and the ability to productively adapt to change
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational, efficiency, and project management skills - clean file management
  • Ability to thrive in a high volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Solid knowledge of project management programs preferably Workfront
  • 2% travel
