We're seeking a future team member in the role of Intermediate Representative, Client Processing (Reconciliation) to join our Loan Administration Services team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform daily reconciliations on payments due, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, maintaining regular communication and providing support on loan administration matters. Ensure client inquiries and issues are addressed efficiently.
  • Identify and analyze variances in loan accounts and conduct thorough investigations to determine the root cause and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with pertinent agents to address and resolve any issues related to loan accounts. Ensure clear and effective communication to facilitate prompt resolution.
  • Tackle complex issues within loan administration, utilizing analytical skills to deep dive into problems. Develop and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence and improve processes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Analytical thinking and time management skills are critical for this role.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.
