Corporate Fleet Administrator

Currently, we are seeking a Corporate Fleet Administrator to support our Maple Shade, NJ location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

  • Vehicle Insurance: Filing Accident Claims, settling with claimants, following up with body shops, coordinating spare vehicle usage, general correspondence with multiple insurance companies.
  • Master Vehicle List - maintenance, updates, adding/subtracting vehicles from the policy.
  • Fuel Card Activation/Deactivation; Problem account resolution
  • Fleet activity reporting via Microsoft Excel.
  • EZ-Pass Management for all branches (950 vehicles)
  • Vehicle Registrations and payments, all branches
  • Traffic Citation Payments and Internal Collections
  • DOT Personnel File Updates: coordinate DOT physicals, verify with National Registry, contact previous employers, gather appropriate data for file, etc.
  • Assist with providing repair approvals for maintenance/repairs for all fleet vehicles
  • Data entry of invoice and work order information into Fleet Management Software
  • Scheduling of state mandated inspections, emissions testing, etc.
  • Electronic Logging Device (ELD) problem resolution
  • "Special Project" reporting, directed by senior management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
  • Identify workflow/system improvements and work with supervisor and operations team to enact change
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Strong analytical Skills
  • High degree of accuracy required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn and adapt to change
  • Desire/ability to work successfully in a large company environment
  • Exceptional follow-up skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred (plus 2-4 years professional experience preferred)
