Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Manage stellar customer experience for all high school families and graduate level clients; hire and match tutors with students; maintain quality and revenue growth numbers for tutoring business.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Manager tutoring programs for high school and graduate level programs (SAT, ACT, PSAT, GMAT, GRE, MCAT, LSAT)
2. Serve as liaison between customers and tutors; build rapport and strong relationships with tutors and clients
3. Respond to customer inquiries, match tutors with students, and ensure a positive client experience; intervene as necessary to address problems or to add value to the student experience
4. Recruit and train new tutors from a variety of channels: graduate and PhD programs, schools, professional fields, colleges, etc.
5. Provide support and professional development to the tutors by providing constructive feedback, supplemental materials, and training sessions.
6. Manage tutor quality based on student results and client feedback
7. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team, Operations team, and Executive Director to ensure revenue and profit growth
8. Coordinate tutor payroll, timecard submission, and other administrative tasks as required
