Systems Applications Manager

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Five or more years of overall HR application/system knowledge; including but not limited to human resource data management, process and procedures, and multi-hr functional knowledge.
  
  
• Three to five years of Brass Ring systems knowledge. An understanding of report writing and scheduling tools.
  
  
• Three to five years of project management experience or Project Management Certification required.
  
  
• Experience must include team leadership responsibilities within a management information systems or information management / analysis environment.
  
  Minimum of five years leading the analysis, planning and delivery of integrated systems.
  
  
• Strong communication and instruction skills required.

Manages activities for Brass Ring Applicant Tracking system that drives a client service activity while providing; resource planning, production support, and technology and functional leadership. Activities include analyzing requests for services and development of technology recommendations, functional process change recommendations, liaison between clients and HR Technology. Oversees and executes all aspects of technology project administration for brass ring system within area of responsibility including project planning, project management and ongoing production support of all modules within the application/system.

Activities surrounding the core application updates including maintenance and processing, security administration, introduction of new functionality, process enhancements, serves as a liaison between clients and technology, single point of contact for outside vendors, web content, provides consulting services, system processing support, data reporting requests, process flows and impact analysis.

Position requires five or more years of overall HR application/system knowledge; including but not limited to human resource data management, process and procedures, and multi-hr functional knowledge.

3 to 5 years of Brass Ring systems knowledge.

An understanding of report writing and scheduling tools.

Three to five years of project management experience or Project Management Certification required.
