Position Details

The Community Team Manager is a supervisory position responsible for the direct supervision of assigned Direct Support Professionals (DSP's) and the day-to-day operations of assigned I/DD residences. The Community Team Manager of I/DD Services (CTM of I/DD) reports directly to the Community Director of I/DD Services of assigned community. The Community Team Manager of I/DD Services is a part of the community management team and protects the health, safety, finances, and confidentiality of all Consumers supported by TAIG.

Earn $44,990.40 annually.
