Overview

As the Payroll Manager, lead team overseeing the payroll operations for the United States and Canada. Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, while partnering closely with Human Resources, Finance, and Management.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the payroll department, enhancing workflow efficiencies and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Manage the integration and optimization of the UKG payroll system to ensure maximum efficiency and benefit for employees, collaborating closely with Finance and HR departments.
* Lead continuous improvement efforts of payroll accuracy and compliance focused on our staff at our Plant and Distribution Center.
* Maintain accurate employee payroll records within the UKG system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Lead payroll tax calculations and compliance at all governmental levels.
* Develop and update salary and hourly policies, training managers and supervisors to uphold these guidelines.
* Craft detailed reports to support effective management of time and attendance, PTO, benefits, and payroll auditing.
* Address employee inquiries related to payroll and other compensation matters.
* Spearhead compliance and audit processes, including 401K, workers' compensation, and tax filings.
* Oversee the tax equalization process for US employees stationed in Mexico.
* Administer company vehicle leasing program, overseeing all logistics from vehicle ordering to addressing driver issues.

Qualifications

Education:
* BS/BA in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting preferred.

Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll management.
* Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams within all levels of the organization.
* Proven task management, organization, and people skills

Key Competencies:

* Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Expertise in labor, tax, and benefits compliance.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and relevant payroll software.

Location:
* Hybrid (1-2 days per week in our West Middlesex office)
