Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Development, the Talent Development Director, Leadership Specialist is responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to cultivate leadership skills and engage, develop and retain talent at GLG. You will oversee the design and delivery of leadership and talent development solutions that are culturally relevant, scalable globally and aligned with GLG's global priorities.
You will partner with business leaders across the Americas region to understand business needs, provide hands-on support and coaching, and deliver impactful leadership development programs. In addition, you will work closely with your Talent Development global colleagues to support the deployment of programs and initiatives around the globe.
